These Terms and Conditions of Online Courses, which incorporate by reference the Terms and Conditions of website use and which are subject to any additional Online Terms and Conditions (if any) apply to the sale of any Online Course. Please read the Online Terms carefully before purchasing an Online Course and print off a copy for your records. 1.ONLINE COURSE PROVIDER
1.1 The Online Courses are provided by Learners and Mentors,(“we” or “us”), a company incorporated in India.
1.2 Learners and Mentors is operated by Kaushik Educational and Training Institutions.
1.3 Mentors/Tutors/Trainers will provide course by using our platform, Mentors/Tutors/Trainers are equal responsible.
2.PURCHASING AND PAYMENTS
2.1 In order to purchase an Online Course you must provide the required information and pay the amount specified. You must ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate.
2.2 Each individual Online Course has to be purchased separately.
2.3 Purchased courses cannot be transferred to another person, Multiple Logins from different devices are restricted.
2.4 Subscribed courses are for learning new skills or subject. Retaining or distributing content without authorization violates copyright laws and may lead to legal action.
2.5 Bank transaction failure is its own risk
2.6 The complete postal address has to be provided with the landmark and contact number while signup or while doing payment for further proccess.
2.7 All amounts are payable in Indian Rupees. The prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
2.8 Course is for a specific period and Learners and Mentors has the right to change from time to time.
2.9 Price for Individual courses provided in Individual course at all courses etc…Price is varied from course to course and from time to time.
3.PURCHASING AND PAYMENTS
At Learners and Mentors, we strive to provide a satisfactory learning experience for all our users. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:
3.1 Refund Eligibility:
A refund can be requested within 24 hours of purchase if zero percent of the course content has been accessed. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet this condition and adhere to the time limit.
3.2 Contacting Us:
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of your purchase. You can reach us through the contact information provided on our website(Call or WhatsApp:+91 9381222866). We recommend providing relevant details and proof of purchase to expedite the process.
3.3 Refund Processing:
Once we receive your refund request and verify that zero percent of the course content has been accessed, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.4 Timeframe for Refund:
Once a refund request is initiated, we aim to process it within 48 hours. However, please understand that the actual time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and the associated processing times. We appreciate your patience throughout this process.
Additionally, please note that Goods and Services Tax (GST) charges and payment gateway charges are not refundable. If any GST charges were included in your original purchase, they will not be included in the refunded amount.
3.5 Exclusions:
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase.
If any percentage of the course content has been accessed.
If the refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
3.6 Non-transferability:
Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original purchaser.

This refund policy applies only to courses purchased directly through our website. We want to clarify that Learners and Mentors does not have any telegram channel or utilize other external platforms to directly sell our course content to aspirants. If anyone claims to be selling Learners and Mentors’ content on our behalf through unofficial channels or platforms, please be aware that it is fraudulent. We strongly advise against engaging in such transactions, as we cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality of the materials offered through these unauthorized sources. Learners and Mentors cannot be held responsible for transactions or content purchased through these external sources.
